You may not reproduce, copy, resell, distribute, commercially exploit, or modify any content from this website without our written consent. Commercial resale, mass printing, or public reproduction of our framed artworks is strictly prohibited.
We strive to display product colors, frame textures, and artwork details accurately. Minor color differences caused by screen calibration, monitor settings, or natural solid wood grain variations are normal and do not constitute product defects.
SECTION 3 – PRICING, PAYMENTS & ORDER PROCESSING
All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccurate product descriptions, or stock availability issues at any time.
We support secure payment methods including PayPal, Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay, iDEAL, Sofort, Bancontact, Klarna, and Clearpay. All payment transactions are securely encrypted and processed by authorized third-party payment providers.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect customer addresses, local customs policies, or third-party courier delays. EU & UK Customers: Statutory 14-day cooling-off period for order cancellation and returns. Customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return goods within a further 14 days. Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection.
US Customers: Voluntary 30-day return window from delivery date.
Eligible return conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, with original packaging, foam protection, hanging nails, and full accessories, and remain resalable.
Custom-sized or custom-designed artworks are non-returnable for change-of-mind reasons, except for factory manufacturing defects.
Damaged items due to shipping or factory defects qualify for free replacement or full refund with all shipping costs covered by us, when reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Change-of-mind returns require the customer to cover return shipping fees, duties, and transit risks.
Clearance items, artificially damaged goods, and expired return-window orders are non-returnable.

SECTION 6 – TWO-YEAR QUALITY WARRANTY
All finished framed artworks sold on our website include a 2-year official quality warranty valid from the delivery date.
Warranty coverage: Factory manufacturing defects including cracked solid wood frames, detached canvas, abnormal fading, and structural production flaws. We provide free product replacement and cover all round-trip shipping costs for valid warranty claims.
Non-warranty issues: Damage caused by long-term sunlight exposure, humid storage environments, artificial impact, improper installation, or self-modification is not covered.

Class arbitration and class action lawsuits are prohibited. All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only.
